How do I get a loan from Zingo Cash?

Your first step to getting a Zingo Cash installment loan is your customer enrollment.  Fill out your enrollment form by clicking on the orange Enroll Today! 

Do you run credit checks?

Yes, we do check credit but many of our customers have less than perfect credit.  Your credit history is not the only thing we consider.  We evaluate each application individually. 

Can I apply if I have bad credit?

Yes, we have helped a lot of people in your situation.  Missed payments on past loans will not necessarily prevent you from qualifying for a Zingo Cash product.

How do I check on the status of my application?

How do I know that I have been approved?

If your application has qualified, a representative will contact you with your approval information.  Zingo Cash reserves the right to make adjustments to your final approval until we verify your employment and salary information are accurate.

Do I need to fax or email any documents?

Proof of income is required prior to your application being approved.  Your pay stub must be in the standard PDF or JPG formats.

Why do I not receive emails from Zingo Cash?

First, please check your junk email folder for our emails.  To ensure you receive important emails from Zingo Cash, please take a moment to add our email address to your contacts.  This helps your email provider recognize Zingo Cash as a trusted email source.

What if I want to repay my loan early?

There is no penalty to pay off early.  Contact customer service at with your payoff request and a representative will generate a payoff letter.

What if I don't have the money in my bank account to cover my upcoming payment?

You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements.  If your payment is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason you may be charged additional fees. 

How do I update my bank information?

You should call customer service at 888-946-4655.  Do not email or fax any bank information to our customer service department.

How do I update my personal information?

To update your personal information, follow these steps:

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Select Personal Information link

  3. Make desired changes and click save changes

How do I change my password?

To update your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Select Change Password link

  3. Type in a new password and confirm password then submit.

  4. You can now access the site with your new password.

What if I forgot my password?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the My Account login.

  2. Enter your email address and click Retrieve Password to have a temporary password delivered to your email address.

  3. Once you log in with your new password, you will be required to update that password to something familiar to you.
